Martin Fuchs makes history in Aachen

Switzerland's Martin Fuchs once again sounded the Alpine horn in Aachen. On Sunday, he won the prestigious Rolex Grand Prix of the German CHIO on his faithful Leone Jei, after a triple clear round and a perfectly controlled jump-off. With this prestigious victory, the Zurich-born rider has secured one of the finest titles of his career, and now enters the legend of German show jumping.

With this success, Martin Fuchs becomes the new Live Contender of the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping, a unique challenge that rewards the rider capable of completing three of the four Majors in succession. Next stop: Spruce Meadows (CAN) in September, with a double in his sights... and a treble in his dreams.

On the podium, he is ahead of American Laura Kraut, brilliant 2nd with the experienced Baloutinue, and Steve Guerdat, 3rd, author of a top-flight Grand Prix with Dynamix de Belhème.

Next Grand Slam event: Spruce Meadows Masters - Calgary (CAN), September 2025.
