Historical triple win for Steve Guerdat in Gothenburg

Steve Guerdat & Alamo Steve Guerdat & Alamo

Incredible scenario on this Sunday 7th of April, in the FEI World Cup Finals which took place in the Scandinavium Arena in Gothenburg.

In the very same arena in which he won with Corbinian in 2016, Steve Guerdat took home his third final riding the very impressive Alamo ; together they rode two perfect rounds over the very selective courses of the Act III.

The powerful gelding (by Ukato) signs off a remarkable double win, as he already was victorious in the IRJC Top Ten Finla at the CHI Geneva in December.

As in the WEG in Tryon, there was another swiss rider on the podium ; riding his unstoppable Clooney 51 Martin Fuchs also rode two clear rounds on Sunday and therefore ended up second in this final, next to his lifelong friend.

Third place goes to another championship regular, Peder Fredricson, who had an unfortunate pole down in the first round, which he made up for with a clear round on the second course riding Catch Me Not S.
