The Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping heads to the American continent for its third leg.

Riders and horses will gather in one of the world’s finest equestrian complexes to take part in a very special competition, one that is notorious for its particularly imposing courses. In fact, this year’s International CP presented by Rolex, one of the legs of the Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping – starting at 11.45 am (Canadian time) on Sunday, 9 September – will be run over a course of obstacles that could be as high as 1.70 metres.

German rider Philipp Weishaupt won this extravaganza in 2017 on his grey, LB Convall, and will defend his title this year. This same pairing also won the CHIO Aachen Major in 2016. His compatriot Marcus Ehning is currently a contender for the Grand Slam, so he will be attempting a second consecutive victory in the same cycle.

He announced his Grand Slam goal in a recent interview.
