Prix Swiss Wine Genève
The afternoon began with French rider Simon Delestre partnering Iniesta V to victory in the Prix Swiss Wine Genève, a Table A against-the-clock event in two sections.
Melanie Cloarec (Nora de Mariposa Pleville) and Willem Greve (Highway M TN) rounded off the podium.
Simon Delestre: "It’s always really nice to start an event with a win. Iniesta V is a horse that needs to get off on the right foot at competitions, and this performance augurs well for the next couple of days. The two horses I’ve ridden this morning are both in great form. Tonight, it’s a different horse and a different story, but I’ve got faith in all of them."
